Our 43% dark milk chocolate bar is made from Haitian cacao beans, and has flavor accents of caramel and cream. All of our chocolates are blended from three different roastings to increase the complexity of flavors. The ingredients are organic sugar, organic cocoa beans, organic cocoa butter and dried milk powder. The chocolate can be used for truffle making, baking, dessert making or for just plain eating.
