Roasted cocoa nibs are natures chocolate chips without the sugar. Cocoa nibs are considered a fruit. The theobromine gives a mood and energy boost without caffeine. These nibs are great for topping on yogurt or salads, mixing in honey, including in baking, or infusing into coffee or other drinks. We have made banana bread, cookies, topped rice pudding, routinely eat in local honey with added cinnamon, brewed them into our coffee, included in smoothies.
